Pak-Choi Oatmeal Fritters

Many of my friends didn’t like pak choi but when I cooked this for them years ago, they loved it! Now they even cook this on their own!
Ingredients
pak choi, chopped
oatmeal
flour
VCP
black pepper
water
cooking oil
Procedure
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add more flour or oatmeal until the mixture is strong enough to hold and drop together.
Fry spoonful drops of the mixture under medium to medium high heat.
Cook until crunchy.
Serve with ketchup or vinegar.
Tips and tricks If you are a vinegar lover, decrease the water in the mixture and add vinegar. About 1:3 water to vinegar would be awesome. But be careful of the frying fumes if you're using vinegar-- it is painful to the eyes.
